We take every precaution to make sure your calendar arrives safely.
If something goes wrong in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with photos of the damage. We’ll assess and do our best to make it right.

Because we’re a small business and print in limited quantities, we have a no returns or exchanges policy.

This is based on Australia Post pricing, due to the calendar being rolled and not folded (cause who wants creases in their A1 planner - not me) it means Auspost charge more for this type of parcle.

We are considering being little delivery fairies on Wednesday 13 January for anyone within a 10km radius - and will confirm this option asap!

We know this is annoying, but we haven’t yet worked out how to correct this. So! If you are ordering from a mobile and it automatically popped up saying pay by apple pay, or google pay etc, please ensure you select other payment type. From here you can select pick up, and then when the payment option pops back up you can select apply pay etc. BUT if you select payment method first because your mobile prompts this, it does revert to shipping only.
