Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

As you know, this is a pre-launch release — which means our beautiful calendars are currently printed and waiting to be shipped to us!
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll keep you updated at every stage of the journey.
You’ll receive email notifications when:

  • The calendars leave the printing site (our “precious cargo” moment 🎉)

  • We receive them at our studio

  • Your order is ready for collection or has been posted out

If you’ve selected postage, all orders will be shipped via Australia Post, and their standard delivery timeframes will apply once dispatched.

If you choose to collect locally from Avoca Beach NSW, the address will be email to you once collections are ready from Monday 12 January 2026 between 10am and 6pm

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage, international shipping isn’t available directly through our website.
However, if you’re outside Australia and absolutely in love with the Synced Souls 2026 Calendar, please reach out to us directly — we can’t make promises, but we’re happy to explore possible options for you.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the small and boutique nature of our business, we have a no return policy.
Each calendar is carefully checked by hand before shipping to ensure it meets the high quality, we pride ourselves on.
